Our office is located in downtown Richmond at 1111 East Broad Street, 1st Floor, Richmond, VA 23219 across from MCV Hospital in the Patrick Henry Building. The public entrance is on the back side of the building facing the mansion.
You must have a valid government issued photo-id to enter the building.
There is no public parking/garage at the building so please plan ahead to be on time for your appointment. There is limited paid street parking in the area.

No more than 2 people are allowed in the authentication area per appointment.
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit and debit cards, checks, exact money order, or exact cash. We cannot provide change for cash.
